Summer Leadership Summit
Ages 10-15
Join YWCA Jamestown for these FREE leadership and life-skills workshops focused on goals-setting, communication, teamwork and overcoming obstacles.
The EmpowerU Summer Leadership Summit focuses on leadership development, social-emotional learning, and skill-building offering young people opportunities to grow, engage, and prepare for their futures.
The EmpowerU Summer Leadership Summit is open to any Chautauqua County child, aged 10-15. Summit participants will work with youth leaders and YWCA staff, completing lessons and participating in team building activities and games that reinforce the day’s theme. There will be opportunity to work in small and large groups as well as hear from community visitors to reinforce the topic of the day.
A healthy breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided each day.
Two 3-week sessions ↘
Session 1: July 6th - July 24th
Session 2: July 27 - August 14th
Monday-Thursday 8:30AM - 3PM | located @ First Lutheran Church, 120 Chandler Avenue, Jamestown (no transportation provided)
